Relemac India boasts of a vast experience in the fields of custom lacquering / coating /  lamination of film, done on most modern German machines from Pagerndam. Lacquering or gravure coating provides excellent decorative and barrier properties to films such as scratch resistant, moisture resistant, light resistant etc.
We also undertake custom coating of silver, gold, red, pink, blue, green, copper, black etc. This improves the aesthetics of lamination film / paper, in addition to improving the barrier properties of the material. A coat of lacquer is applied to the lamination film, to give it functional properties such as print receptivity and scratch resistance, for special applications on stickers / labels for enhancing their bond strength for over printing. We also provide lamination film to film/ paper to film/ foil-film paper board combinations/ pouches/bags/boxes/gift wrappers/printed wrappers, etc. from raw material to end products, unprinted to printed in eight colors as well as finished lamination pouch.
We also undertake Precision Slitting on lamination film / hot stamping foils/ paper & lamination pouch on widths ranging from 5mm up to 1630 mm done on high quality machines from Global Super from Germany,
for providing a perfect finish to all products.
